WACO, Texas — The National Collegiate Equestrian Association announced its November Riders of the Month on Wedenesday, December 6th.

The Georgia Bulldogs have swept the November NCEA honors. Madison Newman claimed the Equifit Equitation on the Flat Rider of the Month after a perfect 3-0 record. Three more Bulldogs did the same with Maddy Darst capturing the Equifit Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Month, Madison Anger grabbing Shorty’s Horsemanship Rider of the Month and Kyndall Harper, senior captain for the Bulldogs, earning Shorty’s Reining Rider of the Month.

Equifit Equitation On the Flat Rider of the Month: Madison Newman, UGA

  • Posted a perfect 3-0 record in November
  • Defeated both conference opponents faced in November
  • Averaged a score of 84 for the month and defeated opponents by an average of 7

Equifit Equitation Over Fences Rider of the Month: Maddy Darst, UGA

  • Posted a perfect 3-0 record in November
  • Defeated two conference opponents by an average of 34.25 points
  • Earned her first MOP honor of the season against SEC-foe South Carolina
  • Scored an average of 85 in the three meets with an overall average win margin of 25.5

Shorty's Horsemanship Rider of the Month: Madison Anger, UGA

  • Remains undefeated on the season in Horsemanship for Georgia
  • Defeated both conference opponents faced in November
  • Averaged a score of 73 for the month and defeated opponents by an average of 6 points.

Shorty's Reining Rider of the Month: Kyndall Harper, UGA

  • Posted a perfect 3-0 record in November
  • Defeated both conference opponents faced in November
  • Earned MOP honors on the road at Delaware State
  • Averaged a score of 70 for the month and defeated opponents by an average of 12.5.
